Founded in 2016, WRAP Engineering is a partnership between Rob Holovka, Steve Beer and James Vercoulen, who bring an innovative and responsive approach to all their projects.

Prior to forming WRAP, Rob, Steve and James were all principal engineers in major building services firms, responsible for delivering myriad projects across Australia.

Based on the Directors’ extensive combined experience of over 50 years across all property sectors and their detailed knowledge of construction processes, WRAP Engineering specialises in providing building services engineering and ESD solutions that work in the built environment. Our holistic approach considers whole-of-life building issues, ultimately bringing value to our clients.

During construction, we communicate regularly with contractors to identify possible issues early, ensure conformance, and deliver quality outcomes. We carry out inspections regularly and are intimately involved with testing and commissioning. We facilitate practical completion, certificates of occupancy and building handover.
